TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
These conditions govern the online sale of products offered by OPTIM, S.A. through the website www.optim.vision. Placing an order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.

2. Orders
All orders must be placed in writing via the website, email or channels enabled by OPTIM. Any modifications must be confirmed in writing.
3. Confirmation and Binding Nature
The purchase is considered binding and subject to the economic conditions previously agreed between the parties.
4. Delivery and Claims
The customer must check the goods upon delivery and note any incidents on the carrier’s delivery note (shortages, damages, opened packages…).
5. Quality Control and Returns
The buyer has a period of 72 hours from receipt of the order to inspect the goods as part of their quality control. Any incident or claim must be communicated in writing within this period to atencion@optim.vision.
The customer may request the return of the product within a maximum period of 30 calendar days from the delivery date. All returns must have prior written authorization from OPTIM. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
OPTIM will arrange product collection through its usual logistics channels for returns authorized due to shipping errors or defects.
If the return is due to a change of mind by the buyer, shipping must be managed at the buyer’s expense.
In both cases, prior written authorization from OPTIM is required.
6. Rejection of Unauthorized Returns
OPTIM reserves the right to return unsolicited items and invoice the buyer for transport costs.
7. Product Warranty
All our products meet the strictest quality requirements in accordance with current European standards.
Glasses have a 3year warranty from the date of purchase, covering any manufacturing defect that may have escaped our control in compliance with Royal DecreeLaw 7/2021 of April 7.
Returns for manufacturing defects are accepted only if notified within 30 days. On verification of the defect, OPTIM will replace the product. Returns outside this period or due to improper handling will not be accepted.
8. Sales Limitations
Optical frames and sunglasses may only be sold in optical establishments.
9. Payment Terms
Payment must be made into the bank account indicated by OPTIM or at its registered office. By providing bank details, the buyer expressly consents to the charge.
10. Nonpayment
Invoices are insured by credit insurance companies. In case of nonpayment, after formal notice from OPTIM, the insurer will initiate legal proceedings.
11. Aftersales Service
Aftersales service is not free of charge. Only manufacturing defects are covered free of charge. Any other damage will be evaluated and quoted by Technical Service.
12. Acceptance of Terms
Placing an order implies express acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.
13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by Spanish law. In case of dispute, both parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Barcelona, waiving any other jurisdiction.
14. Express Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order, the buyer expressly accepts the current general terms and conditions of sale.
