Time, tracking and shipping costs

For the purposes of these General Conditions, delivery is deemed to occur when the Customer or a third party designated by them takes possession of the goods.

All our packages are carefully prepared to prevent damage in transit.

Please check the condition of the package before acceptance; you have the right to refuse it if it arrives damaged.

We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.

We ship orders Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 17:00 and Friday from 08:00 to 13:00

Orders are shipped within 24–72 hours of receipt, subject to any logistical or transport incidents.

Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

• Spain: 1-3 business days.
• Canary Islands: 5-8 business days.
• • Other countries: 7-10 business days (depending on customs/transport).
   

You will receive an email with tracking details once your order is dispatched (excluding Canary Islands and other countries).

If OPTIM, S.A. cannot meet the estimated delivery date, we will inform you and offer to proceed with a new delivery date or cancel the order with a full refund..

Shipping Costs​

Free in Spain (except promotional/outlet items).

International shipping costs vary by destination and method chosen. The customer may also collect via their own carrier if preferred.

Taxes and Duties

Prices exclude VAT. Duties and handling fees are borne by the buyer.

In case of return, duties and fees are nonrefundable.

Returns

The buyer has 72 hours from delivery to inspect the goods. Claims must be made in writing to atencion@optim.vision within this period.

Returns may be requested up to 30 calendar days from delivery with prior written authorization from OPTIM. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

OPTIM will arrange collection of authorized returns due to errors or defects. For returns due to change of mind, shipping is at the buyer’s expense.

In all cases, prior written authorization from OPTIM is required.

OPTIM reserves the right to refuse unsolicited returns and invoice return shipping costs to the buyer.​
