Billing

OPTIM, S.A. will issue the invoice corresponding to each order once the purchase is confirmed and the order shipped. The invoice will be sent by email to the address provided by the customer.

Tax Information

The customer agrees to provide truthful and uptodate tax information. OPTIM is not responsible for invoicing errors due to incorrect data provided by the buyer.

Applicable Taxes

Prices displayed on the website do not include taxes.

Intracommunity operations and exports are VATexempt (with valid VAT ID).

Exports outside the EU are VATexempt but may be subject to duties and local taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.​

Las exportaciones fuera de la Unión Europea estarán exentas de IVA, pero pueden estar sujetas a aranceles, impuestos de importación u otros cargos locales, que serán responsabilidad del comprador.

Currency

All domestic transactions are billed in euros (€).

For transactions outside Spain, invoicing may be in euros (€) or US dollars ($), as agreed with each customer.
